Our rates are competitive with other boarding facilities in the area. We've even been told our rates are excellent by many customers! The rates vary based on certain factors, such as what kind of animal we will be caring for, how much he/she weighs and the length of his/her stay. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover, as well as cash. We no longer accept checks. 
Our office hours are Monday – Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, and Saturday – Sunday 9:00am to 12pm. Please click here for our complete hours.
You can drop off your pet at any time within our regular office hours. Pick up ⁄ boarding check out is daily by 12:00 noon. If you pick up your pet after 12:00 noon, you will be charged for an additional day. Special early or late drop offs/pick ups can be arranged in advance for a fee.

Owners must provide documents with the following current immunizations:
Dogs: Distemper/DHLPV, Rabies, and Bordetella.
Cats: Feline Distemper and Rabies.

We recommend checking with your veterinarian to ensure that your pet's vaccinations are up to date and administered at least 2 weeks prior to boarding with us. You or your vet can send the records to us via fax at (732) 938-5831 or email us at SquankumAnimalInn@gmail.com.

Please assure that your pet does not have fleas, ticks, respiratory ailments, kennel cough, or any other health concerns prior to boarding.

Yes, as a matter of fact we prefer it! Otherwise, house food will be provided.
Yes. We can administer oral medications and/or drops for a nominal fee. We cannot administer shots of any kind.
Please be sure to bring their food and feeding instructions (or house food will be supplied), along with toys, treats, medications and instructions, emergency contact information, and shot records if we don't already have them. Bedding is welcome as well.
Of course! Please call us to set up a grooming appointment for when your dog will be staying with us. Daily combing and brushing is also available if your pet is boarding with us.
The sooner the better! If you know your pet will need boarding on a certain date, schedule it with us as soon as you can. We are a large facility, but spaces do fill up quickly - especially during summer months and around holidays & school breaks.
